Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products
Items marked as non-returnable or on final clearance
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Carefully package your item and send it using a tracked postal service.
Please keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
